Why I'm doing this

Breakups. Stress. Distractions. Life hits hard in your 20s and 30s.

After my last breakup, I started running — still on the streak at 160+ days, ~70% consistency. That small, ordinary discipline quietly rebuilt confidence and steadiness from the inside out. Now I want to support 10 people who are serious about doing the same: pick 1–2 habits, show up daily, get them to actually stick.
